An important part of the sidemount course is the focus on safety and accident prevention, including how to handle emergency situations and how to maintain communication and collaboration with the team.

At the end of the course, the theory and practical skills for performing advanced dives will be polished, challenging your underwater experiences.

RECREATIONAL NITROX

Nitrox diving course is a great opportunity for any diver who wants to prolong their underwater experiences and get a better understanding of the effects associated to breath diferent gases mixes undrepressure.

The course will introduce you to the Nitrox benefits, including longer bottom times and shorter surface intervals. The safety aspects of Nitrox diving will also be explored, and you will learn how to mix the gases, analyze them before use and label the tanks.

Throughout the course, you will be taught how to calculate the maximum depth limit for your mix, calculate mixes depending of your dive, computer configuration, opening new oportunities of diving.

The final stages of the course will include practical training and hands-on experience to help build confidence around using Nitrox whilst diving underwater. There may be opportunities to take part in simulated decompression exercises or to explore sites with Nitrox-friendly restrictions, putting learning to the test in real-world situations.

A Nitrox diving course will allow you to extend your bottom time. It's a definitively essential course for any avid diver looking to improve their skills, knowledge, and safety while exploring the stunning underwater world.
